Hosn provides software development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, SEO, AI automation, graphic design, and paid advertisement services to its clients. The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the relevant agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and code — is the property of Hosn or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Ownership of deliverables created for clients will be transferred or licensed as specified in the applicable service agreement.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hosn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Material changes may also be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
